  • We have moved all website turnovers to on-line meetings permanently. This is to allow screen sharing and full access to any needed information from both your side and Sac City Tech, as well as to avoid trying to crowd around a single computer or laptop in a crowded and/or noisy environment. As an added bonus this will save time and expense of traveling back and forth for you and Sac City Tech allowing us each to be more productive.

    In order to schedule your turnover appointment we typically need at least 24 Hours advanced notice in order to prepare and should have agreed on a date and time in advance of filling out this form. The meeting will be held on Zoom which is a free tool.

    *** IMPORTANT ***
    In order to make any final changes provided in copy ready format, and to bring the website live for final review and training, any final payment due is required before the turnover meeting will be scheduled.

    PLEASE INSURE THAT YOUR FINAL CHANGE REQUEST DOCUMENT HAS BEEN SENT, RECEIVED AND AGREED ON. OTHER THAN BASIC TYPOS IF FOUND, NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AT THE FINAL REVIEW OR AFTER WITHOUT A NEW WORK AGREMENT. PLEASE ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT THE TURNOVER & TRAINING APPOINTMENT WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR ONLY 1 HOUR SO IT'S EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT ANY PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED INFORMATION BE COMPLETED SO AS NOT TO TAKE UP TIME IN THE TURNOVER MEETING. WE WANT TO MAKE THE MOST OF THIS SESSION THAT SHOULD BE USED MOSTLY FOR TRAINING.
